How to keep your game IDs, profiles and stats in one place

Bring your current accounts together, check what each connection can read and decide what other players can see.

Start with the game accounts you still use, check their identifiers and connect each one through the method the app offers. Then inspect which records are available and which details are visible to other players.

A connection does not automatically include ranks, achievements or match history. Each provider and game exposes different information.

Start with the accounts you still use

List your current game IDs and profile links. Check spelling, region and any tag that forms part of the ID. Remove old accounts from your own list so you do not send teammates to the wrong profile.

Use the provider’s normal account-linking flow where it is offered. Read the permissions before approving access. Never give another player your password or OTP so they can connect accounts for you.

Connected, verified and synced mean different things

Connected or linked: the app records a relationship with an account or game ID. The method matters: a manually entered username is different from signing in through the provider.

Verified: a particular check has been completed. Look for an explanation of what was checked. Proof that you control an account does not, by itself, verify every statistic shown beside it.

Synced: supported information has been fetched. Check which fields are included and when they were updated. A successful account connection is not proof that a stats refresh succeeded.

Labels vary between services. If a status is unclear, check the connection details rather than guessing from the badge colour.

What data should you expect?

Steam

Steam provides interfaces for some player achievements and game statistics. Availability depends on the game and the information accessible to the integration. A game appearing in your library does not mean an external app can display its complete match history.

Valve’s ISteamUserStats documentation describes the supported achievement and statistics methods. Check the game and your privacy settings if expected records are missing.

VALORANT and other Riot accounts

Account identity and match data are separate. A linked Riot ID can identify the account without proving that a particular rank or match record has been imported. Check the integration’s listed features and refresh status.

BGMI and other mobile games

Do not assume a linked game ID includes live K/D, rank or season results. Look for the source of each number and its last update. If a field is manually entered, it should be treated as a player-provided value rather than an automatic feed.

Console and other providers

The same check applies: what information is this connection allowed to read? Some links help people find your account; others provide selected records. They do not all offer the same data.

Setting up your BytePlay profile and QRAFT

Use Edit Profile to keep your display name, photo and primary games current. Open Game Connections for the providers available in your build, and follow each connection’s instructions.

After connecting, inspect the result in your profile or QRAFT. Check the account name and the connection status. If a statistic is unavailable, leave it unavailable; a zero is not a useful substitute for missing data.

QRAFT also includes shared memories and signatures. Those records are separate from game statistics. A signature records a BytePlay interaction; it is not proof of a match result or skill rating.

Check what other people can see

Review visibility before sharing your profile link. Decide which game IDs, records and personal details you want public. Do not include your contact details or precise location just to help someone add you in a game.

Open the shared view if the app offers one and check that the account names and photo are current. When a game stops being part of your regular schedule, update your availability too.

When something looks out of date

First check the displayed refresh time and the provider connection. Use the available refresh control, then look for a success or failure message. Repeatedly pressing Sync will not resolve a provider restriction.

If you report a problem, name the game, the field that is wrong and the last successful refresh. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or private account tokens.

You can still make a useful profile without a full stats feed. Your main games, playtime, language and preferred modes often tell a prospective teammate what they need to know.
